The European Investment Bank (EIB) will launch a call in late 2025 to provide advisory services to projects in selected strategic sectors. Following OEE’s engagement with the EIB, ocean energy is eligible. Awarded projects will benefit from tailored support to enhance their financial and technical maturity. This aims to accelerate projects' financial close and strengthen their business case for Innovation Fund support and EIB financing.
