Joint letter: In support of at least 35% earmarking for climate-related work in FP9

A joint letter from 21 European associations, including Ocean Energy Europe, to  Commissioner Moedas, dear Commissioner Oettinger, calling for 35% of the EU budget to be allocated to climate related work.
