12-06-2017 NER300 Leftovers – a new €436m pot for renewables

Early June, the Commission published the “Decision on the use of non-disbursed revenues” (“leftovers”) from the NER300 financing scheme. The Decision makes €436m available to innovative projects in ocean energy, renewables and CCS. Discussions on how to concretely design the access to these funds are ongoing. The funds should be made available from early 2018.
