Academic/Student Delegate Pass

Full-time students and academics can benefit from a heavily discounted pass price, provided they meet the requirements. 

€250 + VAT & processing fees 

Student (PhD student included) and academic registration requires proof of status, i.e. either a copy of a valid 2022-2023 student ID card or an official letter from the educational institution, confirming that the registrant is a full-time student, professor or researcher at the time of the event.*

Please note that academics employed by a commercial company do not qualify for this pass type. This pass type cannot be combined with any other discount.

Modification & cancellation

 

Modifying your registration

You can modify your registration information here. If you have any issues login in to your account, please check the FAQ or contact Victor Kempf v.kempf@oceanenergy.eu.

 

Cancelling your registration

Cancellation by you, the Delegate, is possible until 31 July 2023, subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total tax invoice amount. After this date, no refunds will be granted and the full balance remains due. All cancellations must be made in writing to events@oceanenergy.eu.

 

Name change or ticket transfer to another person is possible until 6 October 2023. All requests for name change or ticket transfer must be made in writing to events@oceanenergy.eu.

 

The cancellation button on the B2Match registration platform will only cancel your B2match account. The above cancellation policies still apply for the actual event.

Only one discount code can be used per registration.

 

*You must upload a copy of your ID card or letter directly in the registration form. Without this document, or if it does not meet the criteria, OEE reserves the right to proceed with non-member (or member, if applicable) registration and to charge the corresponding registration fee.
